Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè (/ˈfɘzi/ /ˈdɪnɘ ˈrotë/ [precious; rare] [accent (of a language)]) is a subtropical Large Town located in the Ko-13nhun Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè was founded by Shêbëd Trgfèj, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 30°C (86°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 17°C (62°F). Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè receives an average of 221 cm/y (87 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè covers an area of nearly 6 km2 (2 mi2), and an average elevation of 1352 m (4435 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè was founded durring the early 12th century in fall of the year 1142, by Shêbëd Trgfèj. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Shêbëd Trgfèj.
Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.
Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè is buildings are arranged arround a network of restrictive cobblestone streets which form a diagonal shaped grid, where each square verries in size given the proximity of the paralell streets forming each section. The ocasional smaller square has been used to construct a park, plaza, and other communal structures. The town has a fortified albit thin brick wall. The wall has most of the feeatures of a typical castle wall, just on a much smaller scale and and budget. Notably brick isn't a particuarly soild choice for resisting siege weapons. Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè's wall wouldn't hinder a proper army, but it is more than sufishent for bandits and other small marauding groups. The monster and outlaw focused fortifications has suffered a visible ammount of structural damage, leaving them effectivly useless. One can't help but wonder why the has not yet effected repairs.
A look around Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. Beneath this surface, the people of Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general. It’s quite clear Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè places a lot of value on education and being a learned individual.

Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè has an Office of Civil Groundskeeping, which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the construction and upkeep up of all plant life, water features, and other natural decorations within Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè. They are also responsible for the maintenance of these features. Notably, the OCG is not responsible for Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè's parks.

Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè possesses a Galvanic Power Grid, which brings galvanic current to most if not all buildings in town, and permits a great many consumer goods to function within the Large Town. Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè's grid is powered by hydrogalvanic generators.
Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands. They are not to be confused with the Office of Civil Groundskeeping as they do not hold authority over nor responsibility for Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè's natural decorations nor waterways.
Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè has a Guild of Roadworkers, who are responsible for maintaining the roadways and public paths within town. They also have the duty of enforcing all civil laws relating to the roadways.
Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè has a public septic system, which allows its citizens to have indoor bathrooms. The septic system is overseen by the League of Sewerkeepers, who posses the legal authority to enforce all laws relating to the septic system, and are also tasked with its maintenance and upkeep.
Cultural Notes
Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè's bank was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is famous for its stately symmetry, classical elements, and grand appearance. Columns and pillars, such as Corinthian columns, are often seen supporting open structures or porticos. Symmetry is an important feature of this style, with each half of a building mirroring the other. Domed ceilings and windows grace these buildings, with everything placed in a mathematical arrangement.
In Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè every night at precisely midnight every structure in town is engulfed by sailors fire until the end of the witching hour.
The Chaneque near Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè are known to be more aggressive than normal.
Fêzi-dînê Rotë Dêtîkè's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves destroying a prepared ritual vessel to channel Conjuration energies of tier 2 via guttural bellowing.
